Extra Tracks
We invite you to unique Extra Tracks:
- Leader/Follower Extra Track where you will be able to work solo on your pair dancing, which can often be more productive than practicing in pairs. Our New Year’s Jam instructors will share what is important to them as a follower/leader, and show how to maintain and improve it 🙂
- Themed Extra Track with Chloé & Guillaume where teachers will share with you their ideas and experience related to a specific topic they like.
- Open Class before every party – interesting subject picked by teachers. Classes for everyone!

The Extra Step: Syncopation Station:
In this class we’ll explore the possibilities hidden in the “extra step” — using syncopations to add more rhythm, texture and personality to our Lindy Hop. We’ll work on different ways to play with our footwork and timing, with ideas that you can practice on your own and then bring straight to your partner dancing.

Connection, energy and flow:
In this class we will focus on how we can optimize connection with the person we are dancing with. We will talk about how to activate different parts of our body and how to invite for different grooves and energies. In addition we will explore the concept of “flow” and how we can create and maintain this together with our partner on the dancefloor!
